Koichiro Tokuoka, Chairman
Koichiro is well-known scholar and professor in the area of leadership development and change management in Japan. He owns the MBB (Management by Belief®) theory which is a revolutionary leadership theory originated in Japan.
Koichiro is also the Dean of Tama Graduate University Business School. Koichiro has also spent 19 years in Nissan Motor Company, mainly in its Human Resources department. He assumed various positions such as the HR strategy section in the Nissan headquarters, Nissan Europe located in Amsterdam, the Yokohama engine plant, the Nissan Technical Center.
Koichiro received his degree in International Relations from the University of Tokyo. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Oxford University.
William Liu, Representative Director
Born and brought up in Shanghai, China, William spent the last 23 years in Japan, working in various senior HR roles at both consulting and corporate environment. Prior to the executive search career, he has served various senior HR management roles at Russell Investment Asia, Shinsei Bank Japan, and GE Capital Asia. He has also worked as a senior consulting director with Mercer China, IBM Japan, PWC consulting and Aon Hewitt, where he served numerous MNC clients across industries.
In the past 3 years as an executive search consultant, he has been focusing in healthcare sectors, as well as industrial and technology sectors.
William has a MBA degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a MA in American Studies from Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan and a BA from Shanghai International Studies University, Shanghai China. William is Trilingual, Chinese original, Japanese citizenship with business fluency English.
Tien Ho Lim, Senior Managing Partner
Tien Ho comes with 20 years of technology sales, industrial and executive search experience prior to the founding of Lighthouse Global Resources, managing all practice groups in Asia, North America and partners within Europe.  He is currently the Group CEO of Lighthouse Global Resources.  Tien Ho was also the co-founder of a regional executive search and outsourcing firm heading the Manufacturing, Industrial, IT and Telecommunications practice groups prior to the founding of Lighthouse Global Resources.  Tien Ho started his executive search career leading the Technical Operations Recruitment with a US Executive Search firm.
Tien Ho has a proven recruitment track record as an individual top performer, successful leader and entrepreneur within executive search.
Prior to his search career, Tien Ho was a Global Account Manager with a leading US technology company and was credited with consistently out-performing individual and group sales quota focusing on team selling in addition to direct sales within Asia Pacific.  With strong business development efforts and acumen, he made great inroads into global accounts under his purview.
Tien Ho holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from National University of Singapore.  He was a member of IEEE and has a Diploma in Computer Studies.
Dominic Yim, Senior Managing Partner

Dominic was previously with Russell Reynolds Associates and Life Science Talent Group International. Based in Hong Kong & Shanghai, Dominic has covered China and Pan Asia extensively including Japan, India and Australia. Dominic has stationed in Japan and India for several years during his career with Medtronic and Steris.

His last position was VP and Global HR and Talent Management with Biosensors, a billion dollar medical device company based Asia Pacific in addition to senior management roles at Medtronic International, Philips and Siemens Medical, Steris Corporation and St. Jude Medical International Group.
Dominic’s area of executive search expertise is from the Managerial to CEO and Non-Executive Board Member level.
Dominic has a graduate engineering degree and MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Simon School of Business at the Macquarie University and coaching certificate from Results Coaching.

Yasushi Kuroda, Senior Advisor
Yasushi is a seasoned business executive and a professional in human capital sector with more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry and financial industry.
he was the HR leader at a major Japanese IT Company and HR Director at foreign-owned insurance company. He has played role of virtual HR director at several venture companies when he supported those companies as part-time director during his years of venture capitalist.
Yasushi Kuroda has been involved in various kinds of projects as a Hewitt consultant for over 5 years in total. Currently, he is engaged in HR consulting, M&A financial advisory, and venture support.
He holds B.A., economics from Keio University and MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (Double major in finance and management).
Morihisa Uehara, Auditor

Nippon Long-Term Credit Bank (Current Shinsei Bank) After entering the company, he took charge of individuals, corporations, sales persons and managers of financial institutions, then financial adviser, deputy general manager and department head of human resources department. From February 2004 he was in charge of enlightenment and counseling work as a person in charge of human rights awareness, he was a director, awareness committee member and business chairperson, etc. at the Tokyo Human Rights Company Liaison Committee, and from January 2008 he was President, Elsta Taff Vision, He has also served as a minor and has reached the present.
