William is a seasoned professional in the human capital sector with 30+ years of experience in Japan, China, and the APAC region.
Born and brought up in Shanghai, China, William has spent the last 25 years in Japan, working in various senior HR roles in both consulting and corporate environments. His last position was HR Director with Elekta Japan, a major Swedish medical device company. Prior to Elekta, he has served various senior HR roles at Mercer China, Russell Investment, Shinsei Bank, GE Japan, IBM Japan, Sanyo Electronics, PWC consulting and Aon Hewitt. His area of HR expertise is compensation & benefit, employee relations, M&A and organizational development.
