Vincent Chiang is an Associate Consultant at Human Future based in Tokyo & Yokohama Office, specializing in executive search for multinational firms in Japan. Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Vincent came to Japan in 2017 to pursue his education at Hosei University. After finishing his Global Business bachelor’s degree, he began his career in executive recruitment as a Researcher at Human Future. He is leveraging his trilingual skills to support global companies, especially Chinese start-up companies, which want to expand their business with well-qualified talents.

Vincent’s executive search function strengths are roles in HR, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, focusing on  IT, Technology, Industrial, and Life Science sectors. 

Vincent has a BA degree in the Global Business Program (GBP) from Hosei University, Japan - an optimum program for studying the Japanese style of management and the Japanese spirit of craftsmanship. Vincent is a fluent communicator in Chinese and English and has business-level proficiency of Japanese.
