Context
2021 saw Japan in a state of emergency most of the time. While the pandemic in Japan continued and intensified, the majority of professionals had been working from home for more than a year.
After being inactive for half a year, we finally resumed with another event.

Event Recap
This time, DiDi's Yan Shuchao brought us an inspiring presentation on corporate culture and communication sharing.
The participants learned how HRBP can establish an Effective Communication Mechanism to create a positive corporate environment, and engaged in group discussions to share their personal experiences.
Though this was the first time we introduced group discussions, everyone actively participated and offered many intriguing lessons. In addition to learning from the Guest Speaker, the participants were also able to learn from each other.

Conclusions
Thank you to the speakers and participants who supported our activities during the pandemic era.
Despite the uncertainty and precariousness, we managed to have meaningful learning and networking. This is a great source of encouragement for the team at Human Future, as we look forward to planning future activities.
