Job Responsibilities
- Work on the recruitment KPI improvement for Japan BU in terms of channel, candidate
pool, social media, etc. as a member of HR CoE, manage RPO's recruitment quality. - Organize newcomers onboarding processes - documents collection, NHO, and onboarding
coordination (with Temp's support) - Understand and proceed with Company employer branding and DEI activities from global and regional, initiate local activities, build up university relationships and drive company
award application - MIT and Corporate Citizenship Activities
- M&A Project Support for any Employer Branding and Recruitment topics

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent English and Japanese
- 5-10 years of professional experience in any industry
- SAP and Recruiter experience Preferred
