Job Responsibilities

  • Support leaders and managers as HR partners, change agents and executive advisors
  • Coordinate the capabilities of managers and employees to guide and influence leaders to
    promote cultural change and employee engagement
  • Organizational design and development
  • Provide necessary guidance to managers and demonstrate their own leadership
  • Leadership team effectiveness, various strategic business matters, talent topics, general HR
    issues coaching and advice to managers
  • Normal HR processes (eg performance and reward cycles, talent reviews, promotions, etc.)
  • Involve or lead HR projects in initiatives
  • Perform necessary operations and transaction personnel operations for the client group as
    necessary

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of HR or related business experience, or a master's degree and 5 years or more of HR or related business experience at a global company
  • HR core areas including HR acquisition, HR development, and compensation knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Analyzing HR-related data, planning experience and rewards related to recruitment, HR
    development, retention, and compliance
  • Practical knowledge and business management experience in multiple HR fields such as
    practices, organizational diagnostics, employee-labor union relationships and measures,
    diversity, performance management, etc.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in non-pharmaceutical industries (IT, Finance, etc.)
  • Master's degree in HR or related fields
  • Experience as a leader in a matrixed environment in global mid-sized to large companies
