First, we listened to some sharing from the organizers, Ren Ao and Liu Qing from DJI Japan HR team, regarding Direct sourcing via their experiences with campus recruitment.
Special Guest Xie Ya, former Director of Mercer China Consulting, presented the Introduction to Compensation Management: Pay for 3P (pay for position, people, performance) concept, which intrigued many participants.
Uchimura, Senior HR Consultant of Mercer Japan - another Special Guest, also shared about The Origin and Evolution of Functional Personnel System in Japanese Companies.

Conclusions
The first event in our Chinese HR Leaders Events Series was successfully held with the support of DJI. Every event is made possible by the support from the host company's HR department, which provides the event venue for free and shares the company's talent strategy.
Each event covers a theme that is of great interest to HR professionals, and each time we are fortunate to have HR experts as special guests who share valuable insights. In addition, during every session, our event attendees also actively participate in the discussions.
