The Client
Our client is the world's largest manufacturer of health care products, as well as a provider of related services, for the consumer, pharmaceutical, and medical devices markets. In Japan our client has been working to solve the health needs of the consumers, patients and the broader community for over 70 years.
The Role
Based in Tokyo Japan, you will be a key member of the global practice team, reporting to HQ in US, and work closely with your colleagues in the APAC region
You will be responsible for managing the executive recruitment processes for Japan and some of the APAC countires
You will act as a trusted Talent Advisor to Business Leaders and Human Resource Partners in Japan translate the enterprise and business strategy to shape the talent priorities for Japan
You will build long term relationships with those high level candidates and act as thier career coach while building a pipeline for future opportunities.
The Candidate
An ideal candidate will have sound background in a corporate environement or in recruiting execuitves in a related search firm
You will also have global talent perspective and experience working within a highly matrix environment
You will have exceleent communication (both written and verbal), influencing and nagotiation skills, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to deatail.
