Job Responsibilities
- Report to the Market Country HR Head and partner with Market HR Japan and MBS Japan team providing professional solutions and services in the area of Total Rewards to Japan-based client groups
- Act as one of the key drivers of implementing the people strategy
- Maximize the company’s ability to attract, reward and engage employees by ensuring rewards
are aligned to business objectives, integrated with performance management, cost competitive and a powerful tool in attracting, retaining, motivating and rewarding talented employees to
deliver extraordinary performance & results - Involve deeply and/or lead the countrywide HR projects and initiatives

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years Compensation & Benefits experience or a Master's degree with 5 years of progressive Compensation & Benefits experience
- Excellent communication/presentation skills, creativity and capability of solving complex C&B
topics - Great listening and collaboration skills
- Advanced level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Decent business acumen
- Flexibility and agility
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting firm as consultant
- HR Business Partner or other HR COE function experience
- Working experience or Compensation & Benefits function experience in manufacturing industry
- Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Working experience in a mid-large sized company in a highly matrixed environment
- Core HR systems experience
