The Role

Primarily based in Yokohama where the R&D centre resides, you will play an integral role in transforming the recruitment and talent acquisition for the company. You will be creating the talent acquisition strategy and proposal to strengthen the department’s recruitment activity. You will oversee the channel development and enhancing the recruitment brand. This will require leading a team through research to attract leading experts in the electric/electronics industry and academia for talent market analysis. It will be your responsibility to manage the retainment and growth of current and future talent to ensure that they are the very best in the market and ready to lead the company in its growth.

The Candidate

A brilliant opportunity for driven candidates with extensive recruitment experience in the IT and telecommunications industry looking to become a talent acquisition manager. You must be experienced in in-house and mid-career recruitment with additional executive search experience an advantage and be knowledgeable on the electric, electronics, mechanical, IT and telecommunications industry. You must have at least one of two foreign language capabilities between English and Chinese. Excellent communications skills with the ability to prioritize and complete urgent tasks under pressure are required to be able to connect and influence key stakeholders.
