HR Senior Manager

Based in Yokohama, Japan this role will lead the local HR team in the R&D department to work alongside the headquarters and Japanese regional office to implement the local company policy. You will oversee the continuous improvements of the HR policies and programs to support business partners and support the areas of organization development, learning and development, talent management, recruitment, C&B and more.
This is a great opportunity for HR who have worked at both Japanese and foreign multinational companies in Japan and who is ready for the next career move towards HR director/Head of HR. You must be experienced in new graduate and mid-career recruitment and familiar with the various recruiting channels for senior telecommunication engineers. You must ideally have basic knowledge of the telecom and/or IT industry and at least one or two foreign language capabilities in either English or Chinese. The individual must be highly motivated and be able to work and lead effectively in pressured environments.
