Job Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end recruiting services to internal clients (business units) to acquire the talents
    to achieve clients’ business goals
  • Work with stakeholders for discussion on planning and talent delivery
  • Plan and attend network/recruiting events and other external activities to evangelize company's brand name and core values
  • Headhunt and network with potential candidates to build the talent pool for upcoming positions
  • Understand and facilitate open positions to fill them with qualified candidates
  • Meet the team KPIs as a part of Recruiting team (source of candidates, cost, etc)

    • Japanese language proficiency at native level plus business level English
