Job Responsibilities
You will assume the role of an HR line manager who will provide all HR operations in the Japan & Korea offices. This role will report directly to the Director & Head of HR, APAC and include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
- Proactively support the end to end HR Process for the Japan & Korea offices
- Partner with JP & KR leaders to align HR strategy to business strategy on all aspects of human
resources. Build a strong business relationship with internal client - Partner with business on organization design, talent management
- Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
- Talent acquisition management for internal client
- Design and implement HR policies, monitors compliance and make necessary improvements to meet compliance and organization needs
- Develop employee relations and motivate employees’ activity for work
- Facilitate training for business compliance and development programs
- May perform other HR tasks and projects as required

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology, Human Resources preferred)
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR function
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail Oriented & Result Driven
- Solid project management
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced driven environment and deliver across a broad range of
competing priorities - Familiar with basic employment regulations
