Job Responsibilities

You will assume the role of an HR line manager who will provide all HR operations in the Japan & Korea offices. This role will report directly to the Director & Head of HR, APAC and include the
following duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
  • Proactively support the end to end HR Process for the Japan & Korea offices
  • Partner with JP & KR leaders to align HR strategy to business strategy on all aspects of human
    resources. Build a strong business relationship with internal client
  • Partner with business on organization design, talent management
  • Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Talent acquisition management for internal client
  • Design and implement HR policies, monitors compliance and make necessary improvements to meet compliance and organization needs
  • Develop employee relations and motivate employees’ activity for work
  • Facilitate training for business compliance and development programs
  • May perform other HR tasks and projects as required

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology, Human Resources preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR function
  • A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail Oriented & Result Driven
  • Solid project management
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced driven environment and deliver across a broad range of
    competing priorities
  • Familiar with basic employment regulations
