Job Responsibilities
- Overview
- Develop, maintain and implement Compensation and Benefits programs that provide a
competitive level of pay, pay mix, motivation and rewards to employees as well as retention in order to reinforce Performance culture - Ensure consistency of C&B policies and programs in company
- Introduce and implement Global C&B programs into Japan
- Details
- Monitor market competitive trends in Compensation and Benefits
- Ensure the smooth implementation of compensation and benefit program through
coordination with stakeholders - Conduct, propose and ensure implementation of the annual salary review and IVR of the
Bonuses processes - Manages equity issues (株関連プログラムの実務。持株会、LTI など)
- Lead the sub-projects of key strategic C&B project, including global grading, new
compensation and benefit program, introduction of new tool, etc.

Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in HR C&B
- Excel proficiency
- Experiences with both running and analyzing C&B processes
- Experience in introducing HR systems, welfare programs, global grading, etc.
