Job Responsibilities
- Work as business partner and key player of Consumer Goods business to focus on the talent and
organizational development. Responsible for the activities on key talent identification, retaining and development, and the organizational design and leadership team building - Work closely with HRBP team members as well as HR CoE and HR Operations on simplification
and standardization of HR process with effective implementation and other HR activities on performance management, salary review, etc., in the meantime, to ensure all HR operations in compliance with local law / regulation requirement - Conduct employee communication, coaching and leading to management on problem employee treatment, minimize labor dispute potential by professional HR service and guidance providing
- Responsible for overall team projects plan and implementation

Skills and Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in an HR field in an FMCG industry
- Experience managing HR projects related to M&A
- Native level of Japanese
- Fluent in English
