Job Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant working experience in a multinational company
- Knowledge of relevant HR tools and local labor law
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and influencing skill
- Creative thinker and excellent team player
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Demonstrated dedication to a professional “continuous improvement” philosophy, best practice
sharing and desire to achieve excellence in HR Management - Fluency in English and Japanese
