Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a broad range of Human Resources activities in the areas of leadership,
    organization development, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, recruitment, and training and development
  • Ensure all the HR strategies and programs implemented are in line with business strategy and to support the growth in the country
  • Report directly to the President

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant working experience in a multinational company
  • Knowledge of relevant HR tools and local labor law
  • Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Excellent problem solving and influencing skill
  • Creative thinker and excellent team player
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated dedication to a professional “continuous improvement” philosophy, best practice
    sharing and desire to achieve excellence in HR Management
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
