Job Responsibilities
- Report to senior manager of HRBP, leadership team effectiveness, various strategic business
matters, talent topics, general HR issues coaching and advice to senior manager - Responsible for partnering with heads of departments to develop key strategies and objectives
for their teams, ensuring that HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities - Project-based HR processes (e.g., performance and reward cycles, talent reviews, promotions,
etc.) - Involve or lead HR projects and initiatives related to PMI

Skills and Qualifications
- Sound background in HRBP as well as business experience
- Good knowledge in Japanese labor law and regulation/rules, experience in employee
engagement and talent management - Excellent communication capacities, influencing and negotiation skills, as is strong project
management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
