Our client is a global healthcare company in Tokyo that is progressively
growing to deliver innovative products and continuously respond to new
opportunities in the medicinal world. This company has touched over 800 million lives with their products and solutions.
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide recruitment operations, products and services to a committed client group (single
    business area, e.g. ComOps, TechOps) and successfully deliver TAS programs/policies to the
    local organization
  • Responsible for the end to end hiring process and business partnering with client group
  • Responsible for senior hire and executive search for client divisions and scouting for critical
    function
  • Ensure the operational conversion of the TA strategic goals within a dedicated client group and
    provide an efficient implementation of recruitment strategies, processes and services to the local organization (i.e. recruitment branding program, D&I recruitment initiatives, online recruitment,
    talent mapping and external talent pipeline management)
  • Establish strong relationships with leading executive search agencies on a global scale to get firsthand access to top talents
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to covering specific areas of recruitment including
    organizational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, candidate
    selection, vendor management, analysis of recruitment metrics, and/or other recruitment
    services
  • Establish close relationships with leading executive search agencies at a global level to get first-
    hand access to top candidates
  • Support / participate in budget planning discussions, SLA process
  • Supervise the performance and talent development of a small team
  • Participate in, or lead TA projects at the country or BU level
