TA Operation Manager – In a Global Leader Company in Healthcare

The Company

Our client is organized in five global business units, and as a global healthcare leader, treatment solutions focused on patient needs Creation, research and development, and sales. The company provides a wide range of ethical drugs and medical devices such as diabetes, oncology, congenital / rare diseases, immunology, cardiovascular disease, vaccines, and medical diseases.

The Role

Support Talent Acquisition Head for deploying all TA projects, Communications and TA Operation initiatives across Geographies in the region and work in close collaboration with the Regional TA & HR Leaders. Able to independently provide strategic support, advises and handle projects with minimal supervision. Provide innovative solutions and suggestions to related TA operations including coordination on Workday and HR Evolution initiatives.

The Individual

The candidate must have excellent oral and written English language skills and Fluent Japanese language skill. Minimum 5 years working experiences, preferable from with exposure in multinational company. Organized, attention to details, analytical and pragmatic in problem solving, resources planning. Ability to plan, set priorities and working under pressure to meet deadlines, at times under uncertainty, fast pace. Previous experience in consulting firm or as internal consultant operating in recruitment/talent acquisition exposed environment will be an advantage.
