Senior HRBP – Healthcare & Supply Company in Japan

The Company

Our client’s breakthrough medical technologies — many of which are minimally invasive — help restore people's health so they can get back to living their best lives, faster. The company focuses on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with vascular diseases, heart arrhythmias (irregular heartbeats) and diseases of the heart’s valves. Solutions for treating heart failure with left ventricle assist devices, cardiac resynchronization therapy, and a pulmonary artery pressure monitoring system mean we have many ways to get people’s hearts working better sooner. 

The Role

Understand & define business needs by closely working with the employees. Act as a bridge between the employees & HR functions (C&B, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and Service Center) to ensure timely, effective & high-quality HR implementations in line with the strategies. Act as an HR coach for the employees & guide to the best practices. 

The Individual

Must have minimum of 5 years HR experience. Experience to work in several HR functions (e.g. C&B, Staffing, ER) or as an HR generalist. Experience to work in multi-national companies (preferable). For skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong in customer-orientation (Internal & External); Strong in problem-solving skills; Strong in proactive working-style; Strong in business; Strategic thinking and analytical skills; Mid to Advanced level in English; Computer literacy (Notes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
