Talent Development Manager

The Role

Be responsible for not only implementing training programs but also driving projects of various sizes to contribute to a thriving business. Work effectively with business leaders and the general employee population to understand how Talent Development can support their needs. Design and implement inspiring and innovative training and development experiences for our employees that are scalable across several geographies. This position is also required to pursue constant efficiency improvement.

The Individual

5-8 years of experiences in HR or 3-5 years in talent development. Hands on experience assessing training needs & translating business objectives into learning offerings. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. Builds credible relationships and works with business leaders and HRBP as a partner. Builds trust and rapport at all levels. Understands business direction and its impact on people and resources. Works to increase employee commitment and capability. Brings an independent and objective perspective and is willing to challenge others when appropriate. Sets high standards and delivers high quality work. Builds and implements effective long-term plans to meet business needs. Thinks logically. Has a global perspective.
