Job Responsibilities
- Work on the development, implementation, and communication of Total Rewards (TR) related
programs including policies, procedures, practices, budget plans, and programs led by regional and corporate Total Rewards teams- Review company rules/policies for existing TR programs to ensure they are competitive and
align with market practices; - Identify gaps or issues in existing TR practices for continuous improvement - Benefits
harmonization, study flexible benefits possibility in 2021; - Ensure TR programs are in compliance with local government regulations as well as the
execution in compliance with corporate standards; - Implement the corporate TR initiatives in Japan to ensure consistency throughout the
organization; - Lead annual programs review which is inclusive of Annual Salary Round, Performance
Incentive Plan, Salary Band Review, etc.
- Manage the compensation & benefits survey process and special study regarding market norms and practices. Study and analyze data input results and provide recommendations to the
company in preparing annual compensation and benefit review processes. - Cascade global/regional TM program and process, drive local smooth execution with HRBP,
organize local training programs and coordinate regional training in Japan. - Partner with local/regional HR business partners to provide sound recommendations and advice-based solutions to ensure consistency and competitiveness in TR and TM programs. Provide
consultative advice to local HR in communicating and implementing TR programs and policies to support the business growth. - M&A Project Support for any TR/TM/Governance topics.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent English and Japanese
- 10-20 years of professional experience in any industry
- SAP, Payroll and HRIS experience Preferred
