Context
This was the first out of a total of 3 events we held in 2019. Each event saw an increase in the number of participants, and we also welcomed many non-HR Chinese friends in Japan who came and joined us. Special thanks to Huawei, a representative global enterprise in China, for the honor to organize this event at the Yokohama R&D Center of Huawei Japan.

During this event, we grasped an overview of Huawei's Talent Development Strategy thanks to Li Nan, HR Manager of Huawei Japan R&D Center.
We also broadend our knowledge about HR assessment tools and their applications through the sharing by Aya Horie, HR Manager of Adidas Japan.

Lessons Learned
The participants left the event with valuable lessons from two HR leaders at prominent global companies. These takeaways will be beneficial for formulating their Talent Assessment strategies and supporting their overall endeavors as HR leaders.
